- The articles under Global Repository are based on the year the article was created the content pillar/Categories and the article number. Save a copy of the articles under Global Repository.
- The backup of all the articles irrespective of the year created is in the 'Archive'.
- If an article is not found in the global Content Calendar and Archive, flag that in Missing Article List.
- There is also a Local Repository to help you keep tracked of what you have published. It is structured similar to the Global repository but for each country. Once the articles are localized and ready for publishing, save a copy of the articles in the Local Repository to the 'country name, year, type and articles'.
